HTHS will focus on seven key areas of impact:

Preservation & Collections Management
Protecting and organizing historical materials to ensure long-term access and stewardship.

Membership & Community Engagement
Significantly increasing membership and deepening connections across the community.

Marketing & Public Relations
Raising awareness through refreshed branding, digital outreach, and media engagement.

Public Programs & Education
Expanding and delivering engaging programs and school partnerships.

Fundraising & Sustainability
Diversifying funding sources and launching a long-term capital campaign.

Governance & Organizational Capacity
Strengthening board leadership and operational processes, expanding volunteer base

Facilities & Site Stewardship
Plan for the acquisition and refurbishment of a permanent building to serve as a dedicated HTHS museum.
